Welcome to Tabulis. This Privacy Policy is intended to clearly explain what data is collected when you use our application, by whom, and for what purposes. We believe privacy is a fundamental right, and we have designed Tabulis with that belief in mind.

Tabulis is a word party game developed for entertainment purposes and is available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. This policy applies to all users of the application, regardless of platform or region.

By using Tabulis, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

2. Data We Collect

We, as the developers of Tabulis, do not collect, store, process, or transmit any personal data. We do not require you to create an account. We do not ask for your name, email address, location, or any other identifying information. No data you enter or generate while using the app is sent to us.
In short: we have no servers storing your data, no databases containing your information, and no means of identifying you as an individual user.

3. Data Collected by Third Parties

While we do not collect data ourselves, Tabulis integrates third-party services that may collect certain information independently, in accordance with their own privacy policies. These services operate under their own terms and are not under our direct control.

3.1 Google AdMob

Tabulis displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob, a service operated by Google LLC. To serve relevant advertisements, AdMob may collect and process the following types of data:

  • Device identifiers (such as Advertising ID on Android or IDFA on iOS)

  • IP address and approximate location derived from it

  • Device type, operating system version, and language settings

  • App usage data and interaction with advertisements

  • Crash logs and performance data related to ad delivery

This data is used by Google to deliver personalized or non-personalized advertisements depending on your consent preferences. You may opt out of personalized advertising at any time through your device settings:

  • iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking

  • Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Delete advertising ID

3.2 Apple App Store & Google Play Store

As Tabulis is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, Apple and Google may independently collect platform-level data as part of their standard operating procedures. This includes but is not limited to app download records, crash reports, and purchase history. This data collection is governed exclusively by their own privacy policies:

Tabulis offers a single, one-time in-app purchase that permanently removes all advertisements. All payment transactions are processed exclusively by Apple via StoreKit (on iOS) or Google via Google Play Billing (on Android). We do not have access to your payment details, credit card information, or billing address at any point. Purchase records are managed entirely by the respective platform.

5. Consent and Ad Personalization (GDPR & ATT)

When you first launch Tabulis, you may be presented with a consent request in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework. This consent determines whether the advertisements you see are personalized based on your interests or shown without personalization.

You are free to withdraw or modify your consent at any time through your device settings. Withdrawing consent does not affect the functionality of the app — you will continue to see advertisements, but they will not be tailored to your interests.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your region, you may have certain rights regarding your personal data. Since we do not collect any personal data ourselves, most of these rights apply directly to the third-party services mentioned above. However, we are committed to supporting your rights wherever possible.

  • The right to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data

  • The right to request deletion or destruction of personal data

To exercise any of these rights in relation to data collected by Google AdMob or platform services, please contact those services directly through their respective privacy portals.

7. Data Retention

As we do not collect or store any personal data, we have no data retention policy of our own. Any data collected by third-party services such as Google AdMob is subject to their respective retention policies.

8. Children’s Privacy

Tabulis is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. If you believe that a child has provided personal information through our app, please contact us immediately at tabulisinfo@gmail.com so we can take appropriate action.

In regions where a higher age threshold applies (such as 16 years under GDPR), we comply with those requirements as well.

9. Security

Although we do not collect personal data, we are committed to maintaining the security and integrity of our application. We follow industry best practices in development to ensure that the app does not expose users to unnecessary risks.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or third-party service integrations. When we make significant changes, we will update the date at the top of this document. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
